- Anay Kumar Maurya | Microbiologist & Researcher
Anay Kumar Maurya — Microbiology Researcher I am a microbiologist and researcher working to understand the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying infectious diseases. My research interests include host–pathogen interactions, microbial cell biology, and the mechanisms that regulate pathogen development and survival. About Anay Kumar Maurya is a postdoctoral researcher with a background in molecular and cellular microbiology. He completed his PhD in Germany, where he investigated mechanisms of host–endosymbiont interactions and microbial biology. He is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the CNRS in Montpellier, France. His research interests focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms that govern the biology, development, and intracellular survival of microorganisms. His work combines molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, microscopy, and quantitative imaging approaches to investigate fundamental questions in microbial biology. A major goal of his work is to understand how cellular events are coordinated during microbial development and how these mechanisms contribute to successful infection and survival. Learn More
